The download process includes the steps below:

  1. Log into the NICE Software Download Center

  2. Download the Automation Studio Offline Kit

Log into the NICE Software Download Center

  1. Log into the NICE Software Download Center at https://nice.subscribenet.com/.

  2. Select Product Updates from the side menu.

  3. Click the Advanced Process Automation link for your version of Automation Studio.

Download the Automation Studio Offline Kit

  1. After Log into the NICE Software Download Center, click <Ver> APA Automation Studio

  2. Click APA Automation Studio <Ver>

  3. Click the File Name associated with Automation_Studio_Offline <Ver>.

Install the Automation Studio Offline Kit

  1. Extract the Automation Studio Offline Kit to any location.
  2. Run the installation.
  3. Click Install.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Select a destination folder, and click Next.
  6. Click Install.
  7. Click Finish.
  8. Automation Studio is launched at localhost:8080/as in your browser.
