RTIG Integration Prerequisites

This topic presents the prerequisites for the RTIG integration for the RT Client workstations and Automation Studio.

Real-Time Client Workstation

Automation Studio

General Requirements

Component	Requirement
Browser	Chrome version 73 or higher (Other browsers are not supported.)
Internet Connection	An active Internet connection is required when using Automation Studio. Installation can be performed with or without an Internet connection (see Offline Installation), although simpler with an Internet connection.
User Rights	Administration rights are required for installation.
Display	Minimum resolution: 1366 x 768 pixels
