Offline Installation

An offline version of Automation Studio is available for developers who do not have continuous access to the Internet.

A dedicated installation procedure is provided for installing the offline version of Automation Studio. Updating an existing installation is also supported.

Note that the offline version is only available if included in your company's Automation Studio license.

Prerequisites

Prerequisites for Downloading Installation Files

To download the files needed to install or update the offline version of Automation Studio, you will need:

• Internet access

• A username and password to the NiCE Software Download Center at https://nice.subscribenet.com/

Prerequisites for Using Automation Studio Offline

To use the offline version of Automation Studio, you will need:

• Chrome browser, version 73 or higher

Installation Types

The offline version of Automation Studio supports a clean installation only.
